We are looking for a
Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist
to design, implement, and manage a complete lead-to-close funnel for our real estate business. You will be responsible for integrating multiple tools (Zoho, WhatsApp automation, Calendly, Carrd, Google Forms, etc.) to ensure smooth lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise in CRM, automation workflows, chatbot setup, and ad/landing page integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Automation Setup
  • Configure
    Zoho CRM
    for lead scoring, qualification, deal room, and referral automation.
  • Set up automation between Google Forms, WhatsApp (Gupshup), Calendly, and Zoho CRM via Zapier/Make.
  • Create workflows for auto-tagging leads (buyers/sellers) and triggering follow-ups.
  • Lead Capture & Qualification
  • Build and integrate
    Carrd landing pages
    with embedded Google Forms and WhatsApp widgets.
  • Deploy and manage
    Gupshup WhatsApp chatbot
    for lead engagement and escalation.
  • Ensure accurate lead categorization (buyer/seller/off-plan/secondary).
  • Nurturing & Conversion
  • Automate email/WhatsApp drip campaigns for off-plan, secondary, and seller segments.
  • Integrate
    Calendly
    for appointment booking (with UAE prayer time blocking).
  • Manage
    Zoho Deal Room
    for document sharing and e-signing.
  • Performance & Optimization
  • Work with the ads team to ensure proper tracking of FB/IG CTWA leads.
  • Provide insights and reports on funnel performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and lead conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with
    Zoho CRM
    setup and automation (lead scoring, workflows, deal room).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Zapier/Make
    or other workflow automation tools.
  • Knowledge of
    WhatsApp API/chatbot platforms
    (preferably Gupshup).
  • Experience with
    landing page builders
    (Carrd, Webflow, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of
    real estate lead funnels
    (buyer, seller, off-plan).
  • Familiarity with
    Calendly
    integrations and scheduling workflows.
  • Bonus: Experience with
    Octoparse
    (web scraping leads).

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end implementations.
  • Clear communication skills to coordinate with the marketing and sales team.
