Job Brief:

We are seeking a SQA Engineer to ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
  • Support test-driven development (TDD) processes and participate in design and code reviews from a QA perspective.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining QA documentation, test plans, checklists, and reports.
  • Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure quality standards are met before deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Familiarity with manual testing tools; experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is a plus.
  • Understanding of web and mobile application architectures.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document, analyze, and communicate defects clearly.
  • Eagerness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
