To ensure all 3D visualization projects are technically accurate, aesthetically consistent, and aligned with architectural standards. The Architect will prepare, review, and refine design drawings before they move to the 3D Visualizer for rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Drawing Coordination

  • Interpret and refine client-provided architectural plans (AutoCAD, PDFs, sketches).
  • Prepare clean, scaled drawings suitable for 3D modeling.
  • Ensure accurate measurements, materials, and details are shared with the visualization team.
  • Suggest design improvements or corrections if client input is unclear.

2. Visualization Support

  • Provide guidance on lighting, materials, and design intent to the 3D visualizer.
  • Review draft renders for design accuracy before client preview.
  • Collaborate with the visualizer to ensure realism while maintaining architectural integrity.

3. Client Coordination

  • Communicate with clients (or through PM) to clarify layouts, materials, and finishes.
  • Help prepare concept boards or reference sheets when required.
  • Incorporate client feedback into revised layouts.

4. Documentation & Quality Control

  • Maintain a drawing library for each project (plans, elevations, sections).
  • Cross-check 3D renders against design drawings for accuracy.
  • Ensure that all designs meet spatial, functional, and aesthetic standards.

5. Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales and project management teams to estimate visualization time and resources.
  • Support the creation of presentation materials (plans, 3D perspectives, diagrams).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of
    architectural design principles
    and spatial planning
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
    (3ds Max or Lumion knowledge is a plus)
  • Eye for detail, proportion, and visual accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
  • 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting, visualization, or related work
  • Portfolio demonstrating technical and design understanding
