Position Overview:

We Alif is seeking a dynamic and creative Media Associate to strengthen our media initiatives and online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management and content creation. As a Media Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms. This is a full-time, on-site position, offering flexibility with either morning or evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members and content writers to produce visually appealing multimedia content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.

- Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow our social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Schedule posts, interact with our online community, and drive brand awareness through strategic engagement.

- Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor social media and website analytics to track key performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to suggest improvements and optimize future content and campaigns.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all digital content aligns with our overall brand strategy.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for new content initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital content management and social media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking and reporting metrics.
  • Knowledge of video editing and multimedia production.
  • Prior experience in managing and collaborating with influencers.
