Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Marketing Associate located in Lahore. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, and managing projects.

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative marketer who understands how to turn "meh" into "wow." Someone who can make gold look even more golden — online and offline.

You'll be doing things like:

  • Running creative marketing campaigns that make people stop scrolling
  • Managing social media with strategy, sass, and substance
  • Brainstorming ideas that turn into real impact
  • Coordinating with designers, writers, and the occasional perfectionist
  • Helping build the Sikka brand from the ground up

We'd love it if you:

  • Have 1–2 years of marketing, digital, or brand experience (or an internship)
  • Know your way around social media, content, and trends
  • Can write captions that actually get read
  • Are organized enough to hit deadlines — and creative enough to break a few rules (smartly)
