Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Lead end-to-end app development cycles, from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with React Native.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux/MobX, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with native modules (iOS/Android) and bridging concepts.
  • Familiarity with App Store / Google Play submission process and mobile CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing abilities.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Expo, Firebase, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a service-based or client-driven environment.
