Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and creative Online sales Associate for US Market to join our dynamic team. The Online sales Associate will provide essential support to our product sales efforts, assisting in research, analysis, administrative tasks, and client relationship management through excellent communication skills. This role is instrumental in helping us achieve our growth objectives and expanding our market presence. We are based at DHA Phase 6 & office timings are from 5pm to 2 am - Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify) including our own website.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels. Expanding product selection with innovative ideas.
  • Work to expand product content with creative copy, images and blog posts etc.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
  • Regularly update the website content, including product information and promotions and execute online promotions and campaigns.

Skills:

  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify).
  • Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred) with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a similar role is preferred.
