We're looking for a Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
  • Develop and present business proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales/business development (Lubricant/FMCG/related industry preferred).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
