New Zeenat Textile Mills, founded in 2001, is a major textile manufacturer and committed exporter. We are expanding our global footprint and are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist with expertise in textiles to strengthen our team and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our towel and textile products to international and domestic markets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the textile industry, especially in towels and related products, and should possess strong skills in both sales generation and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.


• Identify, approach, and onboard new international and local customers in the textile sector.


• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.


• Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities.


• Prepare and deliver presentations, product catalogs, and marketing materials to potential buyers.


• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.


• Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met on quality, pricing, and timelines.


• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.


• Support marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to increase product visibility and brand recognition.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the textile industry, preferably in towels, kitchen towels, or home textiles.


• Strong knowledge of textile export markets (U.S., Europe, Middle East preferred).


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
