Project Coordinator for Video Editing Projects

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to Manage Our Video Editing Process (A to Z).a

MUST be a Video Editor himself/herself and know the Video Editing & Motion Graphics Completely

Responsibilities:

  • Get Complete Project details from Client Manager.
  • Create a Strategy/Plan to set deadline
  • Assign the Project to one of the video editors using ClickUp
  • Supervise the process and Receive the edited videos.
  • Proofread the edited videos and make sure it matches the project details.
  • If there is something that does not match the project scope, make sure to revise it from the video editor.
  • Send the Final Edited videos to the Client Manager after REVIEW

PLUS:

  • Create Strategies on how the workflow can be improved.
  • Supervise the overall work.
  • Manage the team.
  • Work closely with the Client Manager/CEO on Team building and Growth.

Requirements:

  • Must have good knowledge of Project Management software, Such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc
  • Good Knowledge of Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc
  • Familiarity with Video Editing Software, Like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Filmora.
  • Understands the basis of Video Editing Workflow.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital Project Management.

Salary Package: Rs. 40k to 60k

Monday to Saturday; 10 AM to 7 PM (Flexible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
