Job Summary

Simply BPO is looking for an experienced Dialer Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize the performance of our outbound and inbound dialer systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with dialer configurations, campaign setup, agent performance monitoring, and real-time troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and optimize outbound/inbound dialer campaigns
  • Monitor agent productivity, call flow, contact rates, and campaign KPIs
  • Adjust pacing, filters, and dialer settings to maximize efficiency
  • Manage lists, data uploads, lead recycling, and list segmentation
  • Troubleshoot dialer issues in real time and coordinate with IT when needed
  • Ensure compliance with company and campaign-specific dialing rules
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dialer performance reports
  • Analyze results and recommend improvements to operations and management
  • Work closely with team leads, QA, and operations to support performance goals
  • Maintain system uptime and monitor dialer health consistently

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Dialer Manager, Dialer Analyst, or Dialer Executive
  • Hands-on experience with dialer platforms (e.g., Vicidial, GOautodial, Five9, Talkdesk, Avaya, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Dialing strategies (Predictive, Progressive, Preview)
  • List management and contact strategies
  • Call center KPIs (AHT, occupancy, connect rate, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of networking/VoIP concepts is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to system issues
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience in BPO/Call Center dialer operations
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations and API-based dialer configurations
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards or BI tools
