Lemacon is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive (Female) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, be comfortable making calls to leads, and know how to close deals effectively. A friendly, presentable, and confident personality is a must, as you may also represent the company in short promotional videos or client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients and leads provided by the company
  • Present Lemacon's services clearly and confidently to customers
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Close sales and meet monthly targets
  • Maintain a record of leads, calls, and sales activity
  • Participate in marketing videos or promotional shoots when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (preferred in digital services, real estate, or product sales)
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English
  • Confident, well-presented, and comfortable speaking on camera
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer and social media knowledge
