Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Bahria Town phase 7 Rawalpindi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting specific sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, reaching out to potential clients, and negotiating property deals. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Market research, pricing strategy, and business-to-business sales experience
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry or previous experience in property sales is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
