PARCO is seeking applications for the position of
Assistant Security Officer
.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Security Officer in day-to-day security operations and overall site safety management.
  • Conduct regular patrolling in accordance with the approved security plan.
  • Assist in developing and implementing security strategies and protocols.
  • Handle and investigate all cases related to theft or security breaches within the assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
  • Act as the Security Officer during their absence or leave.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all security policies, procedures, and orders.

Experience:

  • Up to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Retired as junior commissioned officer from armed forces will be preferred.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Minimum Intermediate or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the field of security management or operations.
  • Ability to work proactively and handle security incidents effectively.
