Job Summary:

The Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. The role also includes assisting seniors in their assigned tasks efficiently and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow front desk security procedures.
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation and filing tasks.
  • Maintain and organize front office records and supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews.
  • Prepare and manage daily attendance and visitor reports.
  • Coordinate with ICT for system access and support requirements.
  • Carefully listen to instructions from seniors and perform all assigned tasks quickly, accurately, and in a professional manner.
  • Support overall office operations as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable personality and professional behavior.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and follow instructions attentively.
  • Prior experience in front office or administrative work is an advantage.

Work Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
