We are looking for a
WordPress Developer
 with
1.5–2 years of professional experience
 to join our in-house team and support the
Kualitatem
 and
Kualitee
 platforms.

This role will involve assisting in the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress-based solutions, while ensuring good performance, security, and usability. The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and basic custom functionality, as well as an understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic SEO practices. Exposure to front-end frameworks such as
Angular
 will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving performance, compatibility, and functionality issues.
  • Work on integrations with APIs and third-party tools under guidance.
  • Follow best practices for security, coding standards, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, design, QA, and product teams to deliver updates and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Some experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics.
  • Exposure to front-end frameworks (
    Angular is a plus
    ).
  • Eagerness to learn, ability to work independently when required, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
