Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Business Development Executive located in Lahore District. The Jr. Business Development Executive will generate new business opportunities, manage leads, and develop client accounts. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, contacting leads, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in creating proposals and presentations. The role requires regular collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, specifically in the software and IT services industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, create strategies, and close deals in the software development sector.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for engaging with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record in Account Management and long-term client relationship building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience with custom software solutions, CRM/ERP systems, web & mobile app development, or SaaS products is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, IT outsourcing models, and proposal writing.
