About the Client and the Role:

We are hiring for a client in the real estate sector and seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a clear American accent, a solid understanding of US customer service standards, and a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service. This position is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, billing, and general questions.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow all communication protocols, internal guidelines, and company policies.
  • Build strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive and engaging service experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth resolution of customer issues.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and relevant industry trends in the US real estate market.

Required Qualifications

  • American Accent:
    Clear and natural American accent preferred; candidates will undergo an accent assessment during screening.
  • Customer Service Experience:
    Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally supporting US customers in a call center or BPO environment.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong verbal and written English; ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Capable of analyzing issues and providing logical, efficient solutions.
  • Empathy and Composure:
    Skilled in active listening, with the ability to remain calm, courteous, and helpful under pressure.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Comfortable navigating CRM systems, communication platforms, and other basic computer tools.
  • Adaptability:
    Quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes; flexible under varying workloads or client needs.
  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho.
  • Experience supporting clients in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with US-based customers, service expectations, and market culture.
  • Night shifts are mandatory for this role.
