Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our growing Pakistan team. You will play a key role in supporting our clients' IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, servers, and networking
  • Troubleshoot escalated IT issues in a timely manner
  • Configure and maintain Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
  • Support VPNs, firewalls, LAN/WAN connectivity, and remote access solutions
  • Document incidents, fixes, and contribute to internal knowledge base
  • Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and client onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of IT support experience in a professional environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365
  • Experience with networks, firewalls, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with remote teams and clients
