Location: Near DHA Phase 6, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Swyft Logistics is looking for energetic, persuasive, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore.

In this role, you will reach out to potential clients across the US and Canada to promote our freight forwarding and logistics services. Your main goal will be to generate leads, build strong business relationships, and close new sales opportunities to help expand our client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators, passionate about sales, and eager to grow in a fast-paced logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the US and Canada.
  • Present and promote Swyft Logistics' freight forwarding and transportation solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored logistics services to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Record all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as dispatch and operations to ensure service quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries professionally.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role (experience with US/Canada market preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and email communication tools.
  • Energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality.
  • Must be available for full-time night shift at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
