As an
Outbound
Sales Representative (Appointment Setter)
, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and securing qualified sales appointments. You don't need to be an SEO expert—we'll provide training—but you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and the drive to consistently meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads using platforms such as Houzz, Yelp, Angie's List, and others.
  • Introduce and explain our SEO and digital marketing services in a clear, professional manner.
  • Qualify prospects based on set criteria and ensure alignment with our services.
  • Schedule appointments for the senior sales team with interested and qualified leads.
  • Accurately record and track all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development .
  • Strong spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills; confident handling objections.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/digital marketing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work U.S. business hours (EST, CST, PST as required).
  • Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the role.
