We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit and Accounts Internee to join our finance team. The intern will support audit and accounting functions, including reviewing financial records, assisting with internal audits, preparing reports, and helping ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional accounting and auditing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing internal audits and identifying discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Verify and maintain accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist in data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Help in the analysis of financial transactions and ledgers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for gathering financial data.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and auditing procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
