Programmers Force is looking for a Foreign University IT Graduate to join our Sales Department as a Solution Engineer (Technical Sales).

This role is ideal for internationally educated professionals with a Computer Science or IT background, who are currently working in an IT company in Pakistan and want to apply their technical expertise in a global client-facing role.

You will work closely with our Sales Team to support technical discussions, product demonstrations, and client solution design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand client needs and design suitable technical solutions.
  • Participate in client calls, providing technical support and product expertise.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical walkthroughs for international clients.
  • Translate client business requirements into technical deliverables aligned with company offerings.
  • Stay up to date with company products, features, and global market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering from a Foreign University (mandatory).
  • Currently employed in a reputable IT company in Pakistan.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Good understanding of software systems, SaaS platforms, APIs, or enterprise products.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125, Rs250,000.00 per month
