Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor in Education, located in Lahore. The Associate Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional duties include participating in departmental meetings, collaborating with colleagues on academic projects, and engaging in professional development activities. The role also involves preparing and grading exams, advising students on academic matters, and serving on university committees.

Qualifications

  • Strong teaching experience and expertise in educational methodologies
  • Experience in conducting research and publishing in academic journals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in academic advising and student mentorship
  • Experience in curriculum development and academic program planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive academic environment
  • Candidates must have held a Head of Department position.
  • Ph.D. in Education or a related field
  • Experience in higher education administration is a plus
