DotClick is seeking a motivated and talented HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and oversee onboarding activities.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Develop and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Implement performance management systems and assist with goal-setting.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Participate in salary benchmarking and reviews.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns along with carrying out day to day activities.
  • Generate HR reports and analyze trends.
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs.

Requirements :

  • At least 1-2 years of experience (preferably in a software house) with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along proficiency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

Details :

  • Salary: 50k-60k.
  • Gender Preference: Female.
  • Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with immediate availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
