We are a reputable organization looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing, employee attendance, and leave records.
  • Maintain and update employee documentation and personal files.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct and give employee orientation to new employees for smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance management and disciplinary procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate databases.
  • Coordinate with departments and provide HR-related support as needed.
  • Travel when required for official HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, BBA, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive in a reputable organization.
  • Profound knowledge of HR practices, payroll management, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel).
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
