We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Associate Web Developer
to join our growing development team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and websites. You will work alongside senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, responsive, and scalable digital solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with some professional or internship experience who are ready to grow into a mid-level developer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of responsive websites and web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers and senior developers to implement front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Convert wireframes and mockups (Figma/PSD) into fully functional web pages.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Support the integration of APIs and third-party services.
  • Perform website optimization for speed, SEO, and user experience.
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and version control (Git).
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and development trends.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundation in
    HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
    .
  • Familiarity with
    front-end frameworks
    (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Basic understanding of
    server-side languages
    (e.g., PHP, , or Python).
  • Experience with
    databases
    (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of
    CMS platforms
    (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with
    version control systems
    (Git/GitHub).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or related field

  • 6 months – 2 years of professional or internship experience
    in web development.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous projects (academic, freelance, or professional) preferred.
