We're looking for passionate and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. If you have experience in Upwork sales and a strong understanding of web & mobile development services, this is your chance to grow with us

Required Skills:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year as a high-performing closer on Upwork & related platforms

Strong understanding of CMS development (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, WebFlow)

Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and design processes

Familiarity with mobile app sales, custom software, and desktop applications is a plus

Ability to support and collaborate with a Business Development team

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Good understanding of sales processes & sales projections

Excellent communication & organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing & supporting the Business Development team
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets
  • Utilize Upwork & other sales channels to drive growth for our Web Design, Development, and UI/UX services
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with a strategic approach
  • Understand web development concepts (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and effectively communicate them to clients
  • Stay updated on mobile app trends & technologies to cater to client needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through dedication and a results-driven approach
  • Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Location: Judicial Colony Phase 1, (Near Thokar & Expo Centre), Lahore

Shift: 3rd Shift/Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent (Onsite)

Salary: Starting from 45K-55K PKR + performance-based incentives + uncapped commissions
