Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks and inspections on products, processes, and materials.
  • Identify defects and suggest corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Document and maintain quality assurance protocols and test results.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Provide training to team members on quality standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Diploma in Quality Assurance or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quality assurance role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs45,000.00 per month
