Role Overview

The Branding & PR Trainee will support the marketing team in executing branding, public relations, and digital communication strategies. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on camera, active on social media, and eager to learn how to build and manage a public image for a fast-growing entity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize content strategy.
  • Respond to comments/messages and engage with the online community.

YouTube Presence

  • Act as the on-screen face of the brand for YouTube videos (interviews, product explainers, vlogs, campaigns).
  • Work with the creative team on scripting, filming, and producing content.
  • Support post-production with captions, titles, and SEO-friendly descriptions.

Branding & PR Support

  • Assist in developing PR campaigns, press releases, and brand communication.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Research and propose creative ideas to strengthen brand visibility.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with design, marketing, and business teams to execute campaigns.
  • Provide weekly updates and reports on content performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in branding, social media, and public relations.
  • Confident in front of the camera with good presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Familiarity with digital tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools, YouTube Creator Studio) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
