About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to oversee and elevate the corporate brand identity of our real estate company. This role focuses on building long-term brand equity, positioning the company as a trusted leader in luxury and off-plan real estate, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong creative execution skills and proven experience in luxury branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall brand strategy to strengthen the company's image in local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong corporate identity aligned with luxury and premium positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms: digital, print, PR, events, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define brand values, vision, and storytelling that reflect the company's ethos.
  • Oversee the design and quality of corporate marketing materials including brochures, company profiles, investor decks, and digital assets.
  • Lead corporate-level campaigns to enhance recognition and trust among high-net-worth clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage media relations, PR, and sponsorships to maintain a premium public presence.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to keep the company's brand positioning ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with HR to support employer branding and internal communication strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with the corporate brand vision.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate branding and reputation management.
  • Expertise in digital branding, content strategy, and social media positioning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute brand strategies that elevate a company's market presence.
  • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
