Position Overview:

We are hiring a full-time, onsite designer who excels in both UI/UX design and graphic design, and also has hands-on experience in WordPress customization. If you're someone who can transform ideas into stunning visuals and user-friendly web interfaces—and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
  • Create branding assets, social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins according to client requirements.
  • Build responsive layouts and optimize user journeys.
  • Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement designs seamlessly.
  • Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing of UI elements.
  • Ensure all design outputs meet modern usability, accessibility, and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and graphic design.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), Figma, or similar tools.
  • A good eye for modern design trends, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices in design
  • Prior experience
