Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Internship-to-Hire)

Location: Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time / Paid Internship-to-Hire (depending on performance)

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in designing digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, usability, and detail, along with practical skills in design tools and prototyping. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences for mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web applications.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand requirements.

Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive user flows and interfaces.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

Develop and maintain a consistent design system, style guides, and UI kits.

Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility across different devices.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design patterns, and best practices.

Requirements

6 months – 1 year of proven UI/UX design experience.

Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD (wireframing, prototyping, design systems).

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).

Understanding of UX principles: user flows, personas, journey mapping, information architecture.

Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests.

Familiarity with design systems, Material Design, and Human Interface Guidelines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
