We are currently seeking a results-driven "Business Development Executive (Female)" to join our team and contribute to our growth by bringing in new business and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms).
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services .
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sales.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role (1+ years preferred), preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar service-based industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
