Overview

We're looking for a
Sales Specialist
who can take ownership of converting qualified leads into paying clients. This is a client-facing role where you'll conduct product demos for UK-based clients, build strong relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into clients.
  • Conduct engaging and effective product demos for potential clients.
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
  • Administer and customize CRM platforms to optimize sales processes.
  • Lead and support team members in demo management and client handling.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients where needed.
  • Maintain strong client communication, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales/client-facing role.
  • Hands-on experience with
    CRM platform administration and customization
    .
  • Strong background in
    team leadership, demo management, and lead qualification
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client onboarding and provide training/support.
  • Confidence in dealing with international (UK-based) clients.
