Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist

Milano Flooring and Milano Technologies are fast-growing companies providing premium laminate flooring solutions and advanced technology products. We generate high-quality leads through online advertising and are now seeking a skilled professional to help us convert these leads into successful sales.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist who will manage incoming leads from our digital campaigns, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should be experienced in sales, customer handling, and lead conversion within the interior, construction, or technology-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads generated from online ads and campaigns.
Follow up promptly with potential clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product solutions.
Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and sales progress.
Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
Coordinate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and sales performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals effectively.
Familiarity with interior, construction, or technology sectors is a plus.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and professional attitude.
