IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The Executive People Experience is responsible for overseeing and taking care of all aspects of facilities operations. This role requires a good level of expertise in facility operations, including Building Maintenance and Repairs, Cleaning and Janitorial Services, Utilities Management, Fixtures and Furniture, coordination with government authorities/ institution, Asset Management, Vendor and Contract Management, Emergency and Disaster Planning and HSE to ensure the organization`s assets function effectively and efficiently. The Executive People Experience reports to the Manager People Experience North.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, budgets, and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage repair projects across offices, technical sites, utilities, and equipment while ensuring vendor performance and minimal business disruption.
  • Lead space planning, relocations, and renovations to optimize utilization, reduce costs, and support evolving business needs.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance by developing emergency response plans, conducting drills, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage facility equipment and supplies through robust inventory control systems, audits, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Develop facility performance dashboards and reports, providing management with actionable insights through KPIs and data visualizations.

Qualification:

  • Min. Graduate from a reputable university, MBA shall be preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience is preferred.

Competencies

  • Space Planning & Knowledge of Utilization Softwares.
  • Microsoft Office including AI Tools.
  • PM Tools.
