Admin Officer

Job Overview:

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Admin Officer to manage daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our branch office. The ideal candidate will bring energy, efficiency, and a strong sense of responsibility to support our team and contribute to a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain office records, student files, and important documents
• Manage front desk activities, including phone calls, greeting visitors, and scheduling appointments
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations
• Assist education counselors with data entry and student application processing
• Keep track of inventory and handle office supply orders
• Manage petty cash and maintain records of daily expenses
• Provide general administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in admin or office coordination is a plus
• Female candidates only; age should not exceed 28 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
