Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Karāchi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing training and managing sales teams, with achievemfnt of targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with marketing teams, creating promotional materials, dedigning branding , sales strategies, performsnce reviews, target achiebement and driving customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training sales teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
