Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Karāchi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle daily tasks such as managing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and training new team members. This role also involves sales management and working closely with different departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to handle client inquiries effectively
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Experience in training new associates on sales tactics and product knowledge
  • Sales management experience to oversee department goals and performance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
