Senior Production Manager (Pharma/Food Industry)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Site II, Super Highway, Karachi.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical experience in dry blending, granulation and content uniformity, coupled with a proven track record of ensuring GMP compliance and fostering a quality-driven culture on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and approve all stages of production from dry blending, granulation and content uniformity.
  • Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Review and sign off on batch records and production documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for production issues.
  • Train and guide production staff on quality and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (D. Pharm), Food Technology or relevant.
  • 2.5–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in dry blending, granulation and content uniformity.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to work on the production floor.

(Candidates with experience in pharma or food industry will be preferred only.)
