About the Role:

As a
Senior Accounting Associate
, you will play a key role in managing accurate financial records and ensuring the overall financial stewardship of our clients. You will be responsible for handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, expense management, and reporting tasks across platforms such as
QuickBooks
and
Ramp
. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse international businesses, collaborate with a supportive team, and advance your expertise in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Ledger Management

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using
    QuickBooks
    , ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.
  • Maintain general ledgers and ensure books are updated, clean, and audit-ready.

Bank & Account Reconciliation

  • Conduct regular bank, credit card, and software-based reconciliations (QuickBooks & Ramp) while identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Expense Management

  • Manage and reconcile expense reports, vendor payments, and company spending through Ramp, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare periodic financial reports, summaries, and documentation to support client decision-making.

Process Compliance & Improvements

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, client-specific requirements, and monthly/quarterly deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.

Client Communication

  • Collaborate directly with clients to gather required financial information, clarify queries, and support smooth month-end and year-end processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A 4-Year Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance
    , or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong experience in bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Prior working knowledge of
    QuickBooks
    is a must.
  • Prior exposure to
    Ramp
    or other expense management software is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Debit/Credit (double-entry accounting).
  • Experience managing a small team or overseeing junior staff is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Work Timings:

This is a full-time role with flexible US Hours' Shift. Note: This is a hybrid role, with the first 4–6 weeks expected to be fully on-site for training and onboarding.
