Shopify Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Account Manager to handle end-to-end management of our clients' Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store setup, product management, and ongoing optimization for performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Shopify stores from scratch, including theme customization, plugin integration, and basic on-site SEO setup.
- Add, update, and organize product listings; manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or fulfillment teams.
- Ensure high-quality images, product descriptions, and collections are optimized for conversions and user experience.
- Monitor store performance, troubleshoot issues, manage apps, and implement regular updates or improvements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients; provide regular updates, analytics reports, and recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
