About the Role

ProgramX is seeking a motivated 
Quality Assurance (QA) Intern
 to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience with modern web applications, blockchain functionality, and AI-driven modules. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities

As a QA Intern, you will:

  • Assist in testing web applications built on the 
    MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, )
  • Validate and test features related to blockchain functionality
  • Support QA processes for AI-related modules and features
  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and scenarios
  • Identify, document, and track bugs/defects
    , collaborating with developers to resolve issues
  • Participate in 
    regression testing
     to ensure new changes do not affect existing functionality
  • Use basic QA tools for 
    bug tracking, test case management, and reporting
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements
  • Contribute to improving QA processes by suggesting test strategies, quality metrics, and best practices
