Job Summary:

The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations to bring interior design concepts to life. The role demands technical expertise, artistic flair, and attention to detail to produce realistic visuals using tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and D5 Render. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interior design visualization, able to interpret design intent effectively, and deliver visuals that support client presentations and project approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Modeling & Rendering
  • Develop detailed 3D models for interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture layouts.
  • Create photorealistic renderings and real-time walkthroughs using 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and D5 Render.
  • Ensure all visuals reflect correct material finishes, lighting effects, and design intent.
  • Design Coordination & Visualization
  • Collaborate with designers and architects to understand concepts, drawings, and design goals.
  • Translate sketches, CAD plans, and references into visually engaging 3D scenes.
  • Incorporate revisions promptly based on client or management feedback.
  • Lighting, Material & Texture Realism
  • Apply realistic materials, finishes, and lighting setups for high-quality output.
  • Utilize D5 Render's real-time rendering and animation capabilities to enhance design presentations.
  • Maintain and update a materials and textures library relevant to Fincera's design standards.
  • Presentation & Technical Support
  • Prepare rendered views, presentation boards, and visual documentation for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with drafting teams to align 3D visuals with technical drawings and site measurements.
  • Software Workflow & Quality Assurance
  • Work efficiently across multiple software including 3ds Max, D5 Render, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
  • Maintain accuracy, detail, and consistency across all visualization deliverables.
  • Keep up-to-date with new visualization technologies, plugins, and design trends.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • 3ds Max – Expert level
  • V-Ray / Corona Renderer – Advanced lighting & materials
  • D5 Render – Real-time rendering and animation (mandatory)
  • AutoCAD – For interpreting architectural layouts
  • Photoshop – For post-production editing
  • SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape – Added advantage
  • Strong command over lighting, composition, camera angles, and spatial visualization

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior or architectural firm.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic 3D interior renderings and design presentations.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent visualization and design sense.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

Work Schedule:

  • (Monday–Saturday)
