  • Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, or CAD plans and translate them into 3D models.
  • Work from minimal sketches or concept art to build detailed models.
  • Build detailed 3D models of interior, exterior, landscape, etc.
  • Apply realistic materials & textures.
  • Set up lighting (natural & artificial) to highlight spaces appropriately.
  • Use rendering engines (e.g. V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, etc.) to produce photorealistic output.
  • Edit, retouch, colour-grade renderings in software like Photoshop, After Effects.
  • Composite images, possibly add post-effects.
  • Create walkthrough animations, flythroughs, or VR/AR visualizations if required.
  • Prepare presentation materials: still renderings, mood boards, concept visuals, etc.
  • Present visuals to clients & incorporate feedback.
  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, clients to understand briefs, design intent, constraints.
  • Communicate progress, problems, or suggestions (e.g. about materials, feasibility, lighting) to improve final outcome.
  • Manage multiple projects/deliverables, ensure deadlines are met.
  • Propose changes in line with budget or client-constraints.
  • Maintain or organize a library of 3D models, materials, textures, lighting setups to reuse.
  • Stay current with new software, rendering engines, trends in visualization, realism, virtual reality etc.
  • Ensure accuracy (e.g. proportions, scale, lighting), visual consistency, alignment with project specs.
  • Review designs before presenting to clients.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Helping with client meetings & concept ideation.
  • Proposing design or visualization improvements (new pipelines, efficiency, visual styles).
