Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to both new and existing customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve company sales goals and help expand our customer reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or relevant role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Prior experience in the skincare, healthcare, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Must be located in or near Bahria Town, Lahore.
