Sales & Marketing Lead
to lead our growth journey. This role will be at the core of our sales and marketing strategy, driving demand, building relationships, and ensuring we stand out in a competitive market.

We currently have two open roles:

  • One focused heavily on B2C performance marketing
  • The other geared more towards B2B branding and sales marketing

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Own the
    lead generation funnel end-to-end
    , from highlighting potential leads to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust, and repeat business.
  • Conduct client presentations, demos, and negotiations tailored to business needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities in target industries (retail, wholesale, manufacturing, import/export, etc.).

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Define marketing goals, positioning, and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop clear
    value propositions
    that highlight why we are unique and ensure this messaging is consistent across all marketing activities.
  • Oversee
    performance marketing
    campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) and track ROI.
  • Manage and grow all owned marketing channels (website, social media, email, events).
  • Plan and execute content marketing initiatives (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, thought-leadership).
  • Collaborate with product and implementation teams to create compelling sales enablement material.

Performance & Analytics

  • Set and monitor KPIs for lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance of all sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies based on performance data and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of proven experience
    in sales and marketing, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B sales cycles
    , from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Experience with
    digital marketing tools and CRM systems
    (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in
    building and managing teams
    .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive measurable outcomes.
