POS Team Lead – USA

We are a fast-growing company providing cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS) solutions to businesses across the USA. We are looking for a dynamic POS Team Lead to drive sales, lead a high-performing in-office sales team, and ensure business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage an in-office sales team focused on POS solutions.

Drive the sales process from lead initiation to closure for POS clients in the USA.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the business.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and sales strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored POS solutions.

Report regularly on sales metrics, forecasts, and team performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales leadership.

Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to motivate and manage an in-office team effectively.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
