Sukuk Technologies is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in our Lahore office.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Prepare Project Reports
  • Capacity management - keeping track of available capacity.
  • Resource management
  • Estimate Techniques
  • Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring they align with established timelines.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with Leads, Team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Facilitate collaboration and promote a positive team environment.
  • Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assisting in the overall delivery of the project
  • Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices

Requirements:

  • Qualification: BSCS/BSSE/BSIT
  • 6-7 years experience in project management
  • Certification is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
